I am working on OS X but have installed all available versions on both Mac and Windows and the stb directory does not exist in any of them. Where can I access these missing reference demos? My (paid/licensed) app is loading and displaying only the Demo Portal.
While we strive to provide you with the best possible experience within the app, we can't guarantee that all providers will work equally well. Despite the limitations of the Smart TV's platforms we have done a pretty good job of making the app as compatible as possible but it can't be compatible with all the providers with all kinds of settings. Usually default settings and slightly changed settings work for almost all cases. Over time providers make changes and sometimes this can cause problems with the app on those specific providers.

In case your app always starts in Demo mode and you are sure you have paid for the license or your Trial is not over yet, then read below. Usually app will start displaying this after disclaimer that varies by region. And after that app loads the Demo Embedded Portal which usually looks like this in most regions. There are few reasons for this to happen and we will look at them. Make sure "Subscription" says Trial or Paid depending on that if you are on Trial, with a Monthly license or Lifetime license.
